Naturally, after 9 years in Real Estate, I have seen the good, bad, and ugly in Property Management.

The biggest complaint I hear consistently from Investors was always not what they did but what the Property Manager didn’t do that created major stress financially and emotionally.

Our promise to you is we won’t ever do the below, period.

Investors: Expect better

  1. We will never dodge your calls; you will have a returned phone call within 5 business hours.
  2. We will never ignore your emails, expect a professional response within 5 business hours.
  3. We will not lie to you; honesty is one of our core values. If a problem arises expect an honest and clear explanation of the situation and a clear plan forward.
  4. We will never receive kickbacks from our trades, we promise to get you the best price for any repair.
  5. We promise you will always know your Property Manager; we strive for the best staff retention in the industry and country.
  6. We promise to never leave tenants unhappy; we value good tenants, and it makes your investment property run smoothly with the right tenant in place.
  7. We promise to screen all tenants to the highest standard to ensure we have the best tenant for your property.
  8. We promise you will never have to follow up on a routine inspection, if the property can’t be inspected for any reason, expect an email with an explanation and the new date of inspection.
  9. Expect that the rent will be in your account every month, if the worst happens and the tenant falls behind expect a phone call and email explanation of when it will be paid and the process.
  10. Expect to be educated, we follow the legislation and legal practices. There are a lot of moving parts in investing, it’s not your job as an investor to learn the legislation. We will always explain why something needs to be done.
