3. We promise you will always know who your emergency contacts are if an emergency happens after hours. You won't be left stranded without knowing who to call.
4. We promise to always be honest and follow the legislation
5. We promise to process your application within 48 hours and keep you up to date through the process.
6. We promise to never do a "NO show" when you have a routine inspection scheduled.
7. We promise to get all non-urgent maintenance done within 21 days maximum and urgent within 48 hours.
8. We promise to treat you as a person not as a number.
9. We promise to help you find a house if the owner chooses to sell or wants to move back in.
10. We promise you will always know your Property Manager and their contact details.
