The Yarrabilba Priority Development Area (PDA) is located within Logan City, 20 kilometers south of Logan Central. The PDA will provide a range of housing designs and price points as well as home ownership and rental options. When fully developed, the PDA will provide up to 20,000 dwellings to house a population of up to 50,000 people. Full development of the Yarrabilba PDA is expected to take 20-30 years.
